On June 22, P Nation addressed concerns regarding the teaser video for Baby DONT Cry’s debut title track “F Girl,” released on June 20. The video sparked backlash for featuring a scene with a suggestive package resembling a condom brand, especially concerning as three out of the four group members are minors. The group, produced by Jeon Soyeon of Cube Entertainment’s (G)I-DLE, faced criticism for the controversial teaser.
In response, P Nation issued an apology and explained that the scene was meant to be playful and rebellious, not sexualized. They also announced the removal of the controversial scene from the music video to address concerns. Baby DONT Cry is set to debut with “F Girl” on June 23.
