Hello, this is Kim Jongkook.
I’ve always prepared myself mentally for the possibility that one day I might write and share a message like this. But now that I’m actually writing it, I feel far more nervous and shaken than I ever imagined.

I’m posting this here first to let my fans who have trusted, supported, and stood by me as Kim Jongkook the person for such a long time be the very first to know.

I’m getting married.

To be honest, I’ve dropped hints here and there… but I’m sure this still feels sudden for many of you.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of my debut, and while I haven’t made that album everyone’s been asking for, I did manage to find my other half.
Please congratulate me and give me your support… I know it’s a bit late, but isn’t it still such a blessing that it’s happening at all? Right?
I’ll do my best to live well.

The wedding will be held soon, in a small and quiet ceremony with family, relatives, and a few close friends.

Thanks to all of you  who’ve supported me and been such a great source of strength over the years, I’ve been able to come this far, get married, and take on this new challenge in life.

I’ll continue to work hard and live diligently as Kim Jongkook.
