Nana departed for Milan, Italy, through Incheon International Airport on the morning of September 24 to attend Italian luxury brand Ferragamo’s Spring/Summer 2027 womenswear fashion show.
That day, Nana wore a white top and kept accessories to a minimum, opting for a simple and comfortable airport look. Rather than dressing up extravagantly, she chose a more natural appearance.
What particularly caught attention was her lips. Compared with her appearance in the Netflix series The Scandal, where her fuller lips stood out and sparked speculation about fillers, her lips appeared relatively thinner and more natural this time. However, it is not known whether she actually had any filler dissolved.
Even more striking than her lips was her unconventional hairstyle. Nana sported a short bob with cropped bangs sitting above her eyebrows, while the sides and ends were styled with an uneven, roughly cut texture. The look combined so-called “choppy bangs” with a short bob, but the irregular cut lines were so pronounced that some might describe the hairstyle as looking almost “moth-eaten.”
While the understated styling was understandable for an airport appearance, it created a somewhat unfamiliar impression compared with Nana’s signature sophisticated and urban image. Despite her defined facial features and small face, the short, uneven bangs and abruptly cut hairline below her ears did not fully highlight her facial strengths, even leaving a somewhat old-fashioned impression.
Meanwhile, Nana plays Hui-yeon in the Netflix series The Scandal, which was released on September 18. Following the series’ release, some viewers commented that her prominently fuller lips did not suit the Joseon-era setting and distracted them from becoming immersed in the story.
