According to a report by TenAsia on October 22, Suzy recently signed a purchase contract for L’ARBRE 27, an ultra-luxury residential complex currently under construction in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
Located around 90-20 Samseong-dong, L’ARBRE 27 is a high-end residential development comprising two buildings, with five basement levels and seven floors above ground. The complex will feature a total of just 27 residences and is still under construction.
Designed exclusively for a select group of 27 households, the development emphasizes privacy and an independent living environment. Its residences include garden houses with private gardens, terrace houses, and penthouses on the top floors. Reported prices start at around 14 billion won, depending on the unit type and floor, while the top-floor super penthouse is said to cost as much as 40 billion won.
The development has attracted considerable attention because several celebrities have reportedly signed purchase contracts even before construction is complete. In addition to Suzy, the list of reported buyers includes actress Shin Se-kyung, actor and singer Jang Keun-suk, BLACKPINK member Jisoo, and television personality Seo Jang Hoon.
Meanwhile, Suzy is preparing for the release of the Disney+ original series Portraits of Delusion. She will also appear in the film Seven O′Clock Breakfast Club for the Brokenhearted, which is scheduled to hit theaters in December.
