[instiz] SEEMS LIKE TUIDE’S GENERAL DIRECTOR HAS LEFT

Posted on

“I quietly joined the company without anyone even realizing I was working there, and spent the past two years rushing from the launch of ABD to TUIDE’s debut, almost like clearing one quest after another. It may seem like a short period of time, but since this is an industry where time feels so condensed, I found myself relating more and more to the joke that I had already become a veteran.

Before I knew it, this had become my job. Around the time Jeon Soyeon’s “I’m Quitting” announcement came out, my decision also became more certain. I thought it was quite a coincidence that we even shared the same name. Of course, Soyeon is a very common name, but I found the coincidence rather amusing.

My heart feels heavy as I leave behind these talented young birds. I’ve always been wary of the tendency to put creative directors on a pedestal and treat them as sacred figures. Thanks to my team members, who shared the same beliefs, brought different perspectives and approaches to the table from their respective positions, and diligently persevered together, I was able to engage in creative work.

I’m deeply grateful to all my colleagues and staff who looked after me when I broke out in heat rashes and skin eruptions all over my body, and even on days when I was hyperventilating. Thank you to everyone who worked alongside me through all the ups and downs and helped me experience the strength of a team.

Now, I’d like to try living outside of an organization. I want to return to my original self and start new things with the same attitude I once had: full of energy, able to casually let the little things slide, but relentlessly persistent when it comes to what truly matters.

Please feel free to reach out whenever you need me. I’ll continue building things up step by step and will share updates from time to time. ♡”

1. Their song as good but considering they are from HYBE, they couldn’t really hit big. That must’ve been the biggest reason

2. I heard that as soon as this person left HYBE, she followed Min Heejin

3. She was originally at SM before moving to HYBE, so it’s possible she’s been following Min Heejin since her time at SM

> That’s right, she’s been working for SM for a long time

3. There are so many comments making things up

4. She said that she quit due to health reasons. What’s with the comments…..

5. She didn’t just ships. Apparently, she was already planning to leave the company

6. But I liked TUIDE’s song and concept

7. This person did everything she could. She did nothing wrong

8. This post went up a few days ago, and ever since then, a few more posts have appeared, and the comments have remained in this same state..
