The Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) made the announcement on October 1 that the event “Actors’ House: Lee Min Ho” scheduled for October 7 at 6:50 p.m. had been canceled. The festival cited “unavoidable circumstances” as the reason for the cancellation without providing specific details.
“Actors’ House” is a talk program at BIFF where prominent actors discuss their careers and works with audiences. Lee Min Ho was set to meet fans for an hour at the Culture Hall of Shinsegae Department Store’s Centum City branch.
On the same day, the Busan Film Commission also canceled the public screening of The Assassin(s) planned for October 5.
