Whether I’m traveling domestically or abroad, I always end up walking around a lot, so I always lose weight after a tripㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

It’s basically like travel dieting…

Even when I feel like I ate so much, I still end up losing weight or staying the same

Surprisingly, I think a lot of people are like this

1. I travel to eat but I eat so much that I end up losing weight

2. Even if I walk 20K steps a day on average, I still end up gaining weight

3. I would lose weight on the trip but end up having such big cravings after the trip that I gain even more weight 2~3 days later;

4. I gain weight. I eat more than I walkㅋㅋㅋ

5. I lose weight

6. I gain weight… I f*cking eat like crazy

7. When I went to South East Asia, I gained so much weight, but when I went to Paektu Mountain (China), I lost weight…

8. I walk 20K steps a day but I would gain a bit of weight because of the foodㅋㅋ

9. First of all, I’m a good eater soㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

10. I walk and eat a lot so my weight wouldn’t changeㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
